Cake Smash/First Birthday Milestone

You must pay at least the retainer to hold your spot. The remaining cost is due before your images are released for download. You can pay in full for both, by choosing the Session Fee AND your digital package at the same time.

You only need to provide the cake. Session will last approximately 30-45 minutes. Regardless of a simple set up or a themed set up, we will do 2 set ups of your little. One set up will focus on all of your babies milestones, and the second will be the actual cake smash.

A simple session, is based on a color scheme, and will be fully stylized based on suggestions from client, as well as ideas from Lilac Meadows. This is great if you were a newborn client, we can extend the color scheme from the newborn session into the cake smash/first birthday milestone if you'd like!

A themed session, is a session that is centered around a theme. Examples of themed sessions are: Winnie the Pooh, Dr. Seuss, Where the Wild Things Are, Hot Air Balloon, Unicorn, ONEderland, One in a Melon, etc.

Total cost:

$200 Session Fee/Retainer PLUS digital package of your choice.

Add on's:

Splash $150, includes a bath after the session and 3 additional images.

ARCHIVING
All images will be archived for 1-year. Upon request, they can be made available again around October for holiday purchasing. A $25 activation fee will be due to make gallery active for ordering.

TIME
Your proofing gallery email will be sent within 10 days of your session. Edited gallery will be received within 7-10 days of your final order.

Editing/post-production timing varies on type of session, and current workload. This email will include your direct link to your personal gallery which is password protected for your privacy. Your digital images must be downloaded from this gallery within 14 days. If extension or re-activation is required an additional charge of $25 will apply.

COPYRIGHT
ALL images posted in your gallery, and to Facebook/Blog as previews remain the property of Lilac Meadows Photography. I encourage you to tag, share, and even email links to previews it is absolutely NOT acceptable to save, download or alter images. Until you receive your paid for digital copies ALL digital images remain the property of Lilac Meadows Photography. Lilac Meadows Photography remains the sole copyright owner of all images, digital packages include a PRINT RELEASE only.

CANCELLATION
Client understands that session fees are non-refundable or transferrable. ONE reschedule will be allowed due to sickness or weather. Any reschedules BEYOND that will be subject to additional fees.

SESSION PREVIEWS
I understand that while not guaranteed Lilac Meadows will make every effort to post a preview of my session on www.facebook.com/lilacmeadows

In order for session previews/sneak peeks to be posted, you MUST sign a model release.
